2. At all times the right of the writer to the intellectual copyright of their work, will be maintained
3. Meeting of Minds guarantees the privacy and intellectual property of the writer and will maintain their privacy at all times
4. No information regarding any writer’s personal details will be disclosed to any third parties without the expressed permission of the writer
5. No disclosure of email addresses or similar contact data will be allowed without permission being granted by the writer
6. Meeting of Minds may use the personal details of the writer for correspondence purposes only
7. Meeting of Minds cannot be held responsible for the loss, damage or non-return of any material sent to us in hardcopy or otherwise
8. We do not accept academic or foreign language submissions. These submissions will be automatically removed from our systems and you may not hear back from us
