Organisations have made progress diversifying senior leadership teams, but black leaders are still under represented.
What can we do to bridge this gap?
We are delighted to announce our second Bridging The Gap Conference.
Hosted by The LEAD Curriculum and sponsored by IBM, we bring together a cross section of leaders from education to employers, parents and students to learn through conversation and collaboration.
Our Keynote Speaker Sandra Kerr (OBE, CBE), Race Equality Director at BiTC, will set the scene on current Black leadership in the UK, sharing her expertise on how we can begin to bridge that gap.
Hear from educators, employers, parents and students who provide tips and suggestions to support the progression of Black employees.
You will have the opportunity to use “Design Thinking” techniques led by IBM, to ideate solutions on the topic.
Insights will be taken from a panel Q&A discussion with accomplished black leaders who have bridged the gap, sharing their views and suggestions.
Our Panel:
Sandra Kerr (OBE, CBE) – Business in the Community’s Race Equality Director.
Chris Brown – Executive Partner, IBM Global Business Services
