For our final event of the year we’ll be discussing the impact moving away from home and familiar spaces can have on how we see ourselves.
Joining us for this evening is our guest, modern day Renaissance man Johny Pitts, who is a writer, photographer and broadcast journalist.
We’ll be discussing his new book ‘Afropean’, the culmination of a 5 month trip he took across Europe exploring how the African diaspora have been forming new identities on the continent but it’s also a personal insight into how his own identity (raised in Sheffield, of English and African-American heritage) has shifted over the years.
Doors will open at 7 PM and the event will kick off at 7:30 PM. Purchase your tickets here
