Titled ‘Seeing Sounds’, the exhibition will explore the connections between sounds and visual artwork. Whether that’s how sounds and music influence the imagination and therefore creative output; artwork which makes or depicts sounds through their fluidity, or which simply create a feeling of being transported to a vibrant, bustling setting.
Seeing Sounds will exhibit works from a selection of visual artists: Derrick Ofosu Boateng, Euan Roberts, Jumoke Sanwo, Moufouli Bello and Williams Chechet.
The week-long event features evening talks, spoken word and live musicians (think jazz, Afrobeats and soul).
Please Note:
- Entrance during the day and to the opening event on Tuesday is free and open to the public
- Entrance to the private evening events on Thursday (talks + poetry night) and Saturday (listening party + live music night) require a ticket
