Mc Yallah is a Kenyan/Ugandan Award-winning Hip-hop Artist and an Affiliate at Nyege Nyege. A veteran of the industry, she became involved in hip-hop music back in 1999, spreading a message of integrity and motivation among local youth. Her music has been a pivotal voice for expression and experimental genre bending music amplified by her infectious energy on stage. Bridging the sounds of electronic, grime, punk and hip-hop, she can also sings in Luganda, Luo, Swahili and English.

Berlin producer, Debmaster who worked on her last project, ‘Kulabi EP’ in 2019 will also be performing on the night. Her strong and aware stage presence, as well as her raging rhythms have earned her the status as one of Uganda’s top Mcee’s. Previously performing at stages like Unsound Festival and Afropunk and we can’t wait for her to make her Jazz Cafe debut.
