Mingle with other travellers and listen to their tales. Be inspired by their journeys and share your own dream destinations.
Being a black woman travelling the globe can be tough – we hope this evening will shape and inspire your future journeys for the year!

Davida’s path to travel began with her grandmother’s tales under the starry nights of a Ghanaian childhood. She is a London-based writer, editor and destination marketer with a bulging bag of travel stories and an insatiable appetite for enriching moments. Her blog, Wonders of Wanders, is an ode to some of the people, places and palates that have shaped her travels, with plenty of laughs and lessons along the way. Among many things, she is a food lover who has walked the streets of Paris on a thundery night in search of her favourite food, waakye, and a climber of stairs to get the best panoramas of the places she is lucky enough to visit.
