LUX AFRIQUE – 3rd Annual Polo Day: Sport, Shopping & Sophistication
- 11:00 pm
31 July 2021
The Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club | £59*
The 3rd annual edition of this event will showcase top international polo players from across Africa going head to head in an exhilarating match of polo. Each year, the event will strive to showcase the different up and coming teams from the region, championing the rapidly growing sport in Africa and providing a platform for young and emerging African talent to compete on prestigious, British ground.
The Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club. In 1986, Morrison succeeded in the monumental task of converting the 220-acre estate into a fully functioning polo club with His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales opening the club as its first member. A former racing yard that, in its heyday, sent its best runners to the neighbouring Royal Ascot just one mile away.
What to Wear:
African Boldness, Polo Chic and Sartorial Elegance is this year’s theme. The best dressed male and female will receive a luxurious prize on the day.

Enjoy African Food and Drink from across Africa. We will be transforming the picnic ticket side of the polo event into a bustling street food market, with stalls of authentic cuisine from across the continent. Come and enjoy some of the culinary talent that Africa and its diaspora have to offer. You can also buy champagne by the glass or bottle at a special price.
