Platforming the pioneering Street Culture talent shaping today’s cultural landscape, experience a multitude of diverse artists including disruptive embroideress Nicole Chui, contemporary painter Karimah Hassan and NTS Radio DJ AQWEA.
Also featuring performances from raw conscious rap from London artist LORD APEX, all-female dance crew A.I.M Collective, alternative grime artist M.I.C, innovative spoken word from Manchester artist Isaiah Hull, film from director Jenn Nkiru, plus psychedelic filmmaker Taz Tron Delix and afro-centric filmmaker Akinola Davies Jr.
The programme includes two special international performances from Nigerian afrobeat artist Wavy The Creator. Wavy’s distinctive and unorthodox sound is energising the new wave music scene throughout Africa.
Witness a world premiere from Ukrainian dance duo Liza Riabinina and Kate Luzan with a fusion of dance forms including voguing, contortion and Hip Hop, all in heels, in a one-off live performance on Saturday 9 November.
