Shingai Shoniwa is a Zimbabwean-British musician and vocalist. She rose to fame as the frontwoman of pop-indie band the Noisettes before launching her solo career in 2020. Shingai is the embodiment of a true cross artform performer, incorporating circus, fashion, and theatre into her work.
Explore the alternative Black artist and see what happens when the cultural canon is rewritten to incorporate iconic Black voices at this event, curated by one of our most interesting cultural figures.
