Every year, Women’s International Day presents an opportunity to celebrate Women’s social, economic and cultural achievements.

However, as a feminist, I always have to wonder, what is the real meaning of this day?

I virtually sat down with my friend, Rachel Gnagniko, who works as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant for Arts and Creative Industries to discuss this and her answer was brilliant.
